We all want the same things.
We want to have more meaning in our lives and to have more impact on the lives of others. Thriving takes courage. To thrive in our current climate, we must become Thriving Warriors.
That's why we build purposeful tech inspired by superwomen. Our smart solutions backed by science will help you elevate yourself and simplify the elements of life that you engage with on a daily basis.
Freedom from tech harm should be a right, not a privilege.
As technologists, creators and artists, it is our responsibility to establish and maintain tech harmony, as tech is now the 3rd wheel in our lives. We must disrupt tech’s status quo and reform it, instead of being silent.
We've researched and developed a sustainable disruption framework, and we're following this framework to shape the solutions we build as well as how we and other tech suppliers/builders build them.
Live with purpose. Work productively. Protect yourself and others against tech harm. Be accountable.
Whether you’re a conscientious professional looking to elevate yourself, a coach who wants to elevate your clients or a tech builder seeking to elevate tech wellness for us all, we invite you to join the Thrivafy™ movement to #elevateyourself, #elevatetechwellness and champion what it means to thrive with life + work + tech in your own way.
And let us support you while you support us.
Thrivafy™ is a pending certified benefit corporation, which means we have committed 10% of our revenue to funding sustainable disruption.
Thrivafy™ is also a 1% For the Planet member.
Meet Our Founder
Dr. Melody Ivory (she/her) is a scientist and a poet. She is a survivor and a thriver. She is a mother and a wife. At Thrivafy™, she’s the Chief Thriving Warrior disrupting the status quo for the marginalized majority.
And Melody Ivory has a lot to tell you about making something from nothing. She was abandoned by her family at age seven. She fell in love with technology at age eleven. She struggled with ADD, imposter syndrome, alcoholism, perfectionism and bias.
Yet she overcame. She was the first Black woman to earn a computer science PhD from U.C. Berkeley (she also holds a Wharton MBA). She’s been a Google innovation facilitator and product manager for consumer electronics and software. She’s an inaugural Bill and Melinda Gates scholar and former University of Washington professor. She has decades of expertise in data science/ethics, software technology and education technology, across industries and organizations.
With her exposé titled “Why Tech Sucks (and How Sustainable Disruption Can #ElevateTechWellness)”, Melody Ivory holds her life and the lives of 400+ U.S.-based Web users up to the light for all of us to see what tech harm truly means as well as how tech harmony really can be achieved.
She is here to elevate her life, and she wants to elevate your life too. More than anything, she wants you to be a Thriving Warrior and to better protect yourself and your loved ones from tech harm.
